One survey revealed an elastic pricing situation between two suppliers. Our customer raised their price 10% without losing one customer after realizing their real position in the market for drilling mud additives.

With 69% written response to our survey, a customer not only identified almost one hundred competitive applications, but also found eight competitive weak spots and one unfilled customer need in the ethylene cracking market. This survey also identified $ 44 MM in competitive accounts for our customer.
